The Blues came from a goal down to find themselves in front on 48 minutes, with Sean Raggett and a Harry Souttar own goal cancelling out Barrie McKay’s 19th-minute opener.

However, the hosts were only able to hang on to their lead for seven minutes, with Souttar redeeming himself at the other end to earn the Cod Army a share of the spoils.

As can be expected, there were few positives, according to some fans, to take from the performance.

However, there were still supporters keen to remain positive.

Here’s how Twitter reacted to the draw…

@scottryan28: I think we genuinely just aren’t very good, that’s the problem.

@ffslluke: another season in this league is looking more and more likely then.

@_dariogonzalo: Being in the playoff zone is a good thing but we know that there are better teams, if we don't get results it will be difficult to ascend.

@DanLewis1999: Really needed a win here.

@hazzaYT: 2 points dropped wasn’t a good performance passing was awful and needed to press more Harness, Naylor, McCrorie and Raggett looked good today tho.

@Dlgmason93: We need something at Oxford and Rotherham now.

@stevew_pfc: Should be getting 3 points at home. Still unbeaten though at #Fratton so a bonus i guess.

@MichaelEmbury: Missed a huge opportunity the last two games to really cement a promotion/guaranteed play off place!

Oh well. Keep the faith! #PUP

@ChillandBill1: Only good thing is that Blunderland lost tonight.

@WheatleyAsh: Not good enough again. 2 points dropped. Not all over yet but massive opportunity wasted

@Limmy05: Not a single save required by the keeper all second half. Awful.

@pompey1691: Not ideal, but 2 points off automatics isn't an awful place to be.

Need to sort out away form though otherwise we'll be lucky to get play offs!
