Injury news: Duo hand Portsmouth important boost ahead of Crewe visit to Fratton Park
The left-back has missed Pompey’s past four games after suffering a hamstring problem in the warm-up ahead of the Lincoln game on November 3.
On-loan Bristol City defender Cam Pring has stepped up in the 30-year-old’s absence.

However, the former Walsall ace has been a steady performer in the two other matches he’s featured in.
Brown’s potential return will no doubt give manager Kenny Jackett a welcome selection headache as he looks to end Crewe’s recent good form in the league.
Ryan Williams will also be available for the Fratton Park game, despite limping off late against the Pilgrims with a groin injury.

Hide AdMeanwhile, Ronan Curtis has been reunited with his Pompey team-mates after being away on international duty with the Republic of Ireland.
Marcus Harness also linked up with Eire for their Nations League game against Bulgaria in Dublin on Wednesday.
He wasn’t able to feature due to paperwork but will line up for the Blues against Crewe.
Michael Jacobs remains absent, though, with a knee injury.
He’s due to return to training in a couple of weeks.
