Hide Ad‘It’s been an absolute pleasure representing everybody and playing for this great football club. I’ve loved every minute of it. It’s been a real rollercoaster, but, from the very first day, I’ve always felt really welcome here.
‘I’ve managed to build an amazing connection with the fans, the city and the place itself.
‘I’ve loved being here, being a part of it and being in the mix from the football to everybody at Pompey in the Community who I’ve worked alongside especially during the recent crisis.
‘It’s been the honour of my life so far and I hope I’ve given you guys some memories and made you proud when I walked out on to that pitch.

‘Lastly, I’m really looking forward to returning as a fan, coming back to watch a game at Fratton and being back here again in this great city.
‘So thanks very much for the last five years, by far the best five years of my footballing career and, yes, thanks.’
