John Marquis rewarded with Portsmouth start at Bolton

The summer signing from Doncaster is rewarded after bagging three goals in three games with a first League One start in six matches.

He’s the only change from the Blues’ 2-1 win over AFC Wimbledon last week, replacing Andy Cannon.

Meanwhile, Ryan Williams is back on the bench having recovered from his groin injury, with Gareth Evans dropping out of the squad.

Evans has travelled to the University of Bolton Stadium, however, along with Reeco Hackett-Fairchild.
