After four successive wins under Danny Cowley, the Blues have recently lost to Burton before drawing at Crewe Alexandra on Tuesday.
As a result, Pompey have dropped to sixth in the League One table and failure to win at Stadium MK could see them moved out of the play-off places.
The Blues’ lack of attacking options are well documented, with Ellis Harrison and Michael Jacobs out for the remainder of the season while Jordy Hiwula’s also absent.
It means Cowley’s unable to rotate any of the players in the front four positions.
However, will Pompey’s boss be tempted to make any further changes from the goalless stalemate at Gresty Road?
