Portsmouth announce information over tickets after Football League games are suspended

Pompey have announced information over tickets for postponed games in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.

Matches with Accrington, Doncaster, Ipswich and Oxford United have been postponed with the Football League suspended to April 3 at the earliest.

Tickets for the postponed games will remain valid for rearranged dates, with those who are unable to attend able to contact the ticket office when those dates are announced.

The club’s ticket office in Anson Road is closed until April 3 as a result of the outbreak, with fans advised to call or email over enquiries.

The full statement reads: ‘Portsmouth Football Club would like to provide the following advice for supporters with ticketing enquiries.

‘Fans should call 0345 646 1898 (option one) or email [email protected]

‘The ticket office in Anson Road will remain closed until April 3, due to the coronavirus outbreak that has seen all EFL fixtures postponed until this date at the earliest.

‘Those who have bought tickets for postponed matches should note that they will remain valid for the rearranged dates.

‘When new dates for games are announced, fans who are unable to attend can contact the ticket office.

‘The Pompey Store in Anson Road will remain open as usual.

‘Portsmouth Football Club will update supporters when more information becomes available.’
