Portsmouth fans seething as iFollow failure leaves supporters unable to watch Southend clash

The streaming service Blues fans are using to watch games with football behind closed sports once again failed to operate, meaning supporters were unable to watch Kenny Jackett’s side at Roots Hall.
The service is the only way for Pompey followers to watch their team in action, with users paying £10 per fixture.

Hide AdBut a problem with the EFL-ran service freezing meant supporters missed approximately 20 minutes of the action from Roots Hall.
That period included John Marquis ending his barren goalscoring run at Roots Hall as he put his side in front.
It’s not the first time such a problem has been experienced, with a similar temporary issue impacting the clash with Shrewsbury on the opening day.
Fans took to social media to vent their anger over the much-maligned platform tonight.

Pompey’s Twitter account explained the EFL were notified about the issue and worked to resolve a problem over the service freezing.
They later confirmed it had returned but users may need to refresh their browsers to get it working again.
