Kenny Jackett has sent in the big guns at Pivett Park, with just one change his line-up from Saturday’s penalty shootout win over Stevenage in the Carabao Cup.

However, Bass isn’t in the squad at Gosport. He’s watching from the stands and was receiving treatment on his right ankle after arriving later than his team-mates.

The likes of Ronan Curtis, John Marquis and Tom Naylor all feature from the outset.

New-signing Cameron Pring, who tonight arrived on a season-long loan from Bristol City, will feature in the second half as the entire team is set to change.

Ellis Harrison and Reeco Hackett-Fairchild – who are back from respective calf and knee injuries - will also play after the interval.

Pompey: MacGillivray, Bolton, Downing, Raggett, Brown, Naylor, Morris, Harness, Evans, Curtis, Marquis.
