The Blues defeated the Tykes 4-2 – although large contingents of supporters felt that scoreline flattered the visitors.

And four Pompey players’ performances against Barnsley earned them a spot in the FA Cup's Team of The Fourth Round.
Following a fan vote on Twitter, Alex Bass, Christian Burgess, Ronan Curtis and John Marquis have been named in the XI.
That sees the quartet rubbing shoulders with the likes of Manchester United centre-back Harry Maguire, Manchester City’s Bernado Silva and Liverpool youngster Curtis Jones.

Curtis bagged in the 62nd minute to restore the Blues’ two-goal advantage only moments after Cauley Woodrow had reduced the arrears for the Tykes, before Burgess added the gloss with a towering 76th-minute header.
There was little Bass could do for both goals he conceded.
Woodroow’s swerving long-range effort was unstoppable and Bass made a fine save from Jacob Brown in the closing stages before former Fratton favourite Conor Chaplin finished the rebound.
The keeper was confident throughout, however, and is enjoying his spell as Pompey's first choice between the posts.
