He scored two goals in 38 appearances as Kenny Jackett's side suffered League One play-off semi-final defeat to Oxford.

Raggett, 26, was released by the Canaries at the end of his contract.

Now Pompey have swooped for the former Lincoln defender to be part of a renewed promotion push.

The news comes after Lee Brown extended his stay on the south coast, also signing a two-year contract.
