Here's what they have been saying on Twitter...

@LukeEllisPUP

The rest of this month is absolutely massive for #pompey - Wimbledon Hull Lincoln and our bogey team Charlton to come. We say it all the time but by the end of January we’ll truly know how strong our promotion credentials are based on these results and the transfer window

@IanDarke

Hate to rain on the parade - but what were Pompey players thinking doing a pre-match huddle ? Obviously force of habit but bit embarrassing at the moment.

Our back four were so well organised today, and deservedly kept their 5th clean sheet in a row in the league, but shows how good they all were when Jack had the poorest game of the lot of them.

@WELLS35

Well @Pompey it wasn’t pretty but job done - 3 very valuable points on the road! Our fate is in our own hands with games against Hull and Lincoln coming up. Let’s do this Enjoy your weekend!

@tomsy_1994

One of the biggest wins of the season for Pompey today. Need those scrappy ugly wins to get promoted and show we’re moving in the right direction.. Up The Blues!! #Pompey #UTB

@english__p

Didn’t see the game today but great result for Pompey today. Was very worried our covid break would ruin our form and we’d fall apart like we usually do but great little result today

Shame @Pompey fans can't clock up the miles & witness in person the solid away wins. Been plenty of seasons where the supporters made long journeys home having watched Portsmouth sides that were much too soft on their travels. Good to see signs of a very resilient PFC team PUP
