Portsmouth pair miss out on accoladesÂ

But the Pompey duo were overlooked by the judging panel after being shortlisted. 

Steve Evans scooped Manager of the Month after guiding Peterborough to a perfect five league victories last month.

And striker Jason Cumming was key for the Posh during that period. 

His five goals and three assists propelled Peterborough to the top of the third tier and subsequently won the Player of the Month prize.
