The assistant manager said: ‘On a daily basis the manager and myself are looking at players to recruit, we are working hard.

‘Along with Mark Catlin and Tony Brown, we are constantly looking at things, trying to balance everything as best as we can.

‘To be successful you must put in the hours and must work hard. That is what we are doing, so fingers crossed.’
