The table-toppers face East Cowes Vics, Andover Town and Ringwood in their next three home games, and also travel to Fawley.

USP missed the chance to move three points clear at the top on Monday when they were held 1-1 by visiting Petersfield.

Sargeant was unavailable for that game, but comes back into the squad for this weekend’s home clash with East Cowes.

‘Harry gets us ticking, gets us going,’ said US boss Glenn Turnbull, who also welcomes back defender Tom Cain after a three-match suspension.

US were subdued against Petersfield, with Turnbull revealing: ‘I don’t know if it was fatigue or what.

‘The boys were hyped up for it beforehand, but it didn’t happen.

‘In the changing rooms afterwards you’d have thought we’d have lost 8-1.

‘We’re not going to be brilliant every week, though.

‘And perhaps we over-celebrated a bit when we won at Petersfield, because they were bang up for it. Their chairman said the draw was a fantastic result for them.

‘Hopefully they will now take points off the other teams at the top.

‘They’re probably not going to finish top four so perhaps they can play with a bit of freedom.’
