Meanwhile, Andreas Robinson came in for suspended Brian Stock.

When the game got under way, Jamie Osborne ran dangerously at the Hawks defence and was brought down just outside the area.

The first free-kick was blocked, but when another was awarded, Darren Carter fired narrowly past the upright.

Solihull started with the confidence of a team that had won their past three games without conceding a goal.

There was a blow for the hosts on 17 minutes when Rory Williams limped off to be replaced by Dan Strugnell.

Midway through the half, the hosts went closest to breaking the deadlock

Strugnell saw his fierce angled drive pushed up in the air by goalkeeper Ryan Boot.

Robinson almost headed in at the far post but the ball was hooked out off the goal line.

The Hawks were having their best spell and both Tarbuck and Alfie Pavey sent powerful drives past the post.

In the first two minutes of the second half, Pavey headed wide from a Tarbuck cross.

A quick burst forward by Sekajji ended with another shot wide of the target for the Hawks.

There was a lucky escape for the home side when Jamie Reckford's shot bounced off the far post abs away from goal.

It was end-to-end with both teams going close.

Robinson almost repeated his midweek heroics with a long-range strike that swerved just over the top of the bar.

But it was substitute Yusuf who gave his side something to cheer about.

He scrambled in a stoppage-time winner for the visitors.
