Michael Eisner met fans at the Shepherd's Crook

And so do the words of Michael Eisner's son Eric after the American billionaire was filmed enjoying an impromptu show of support from Pompey fans.

Eisner Snr, whose bid to buy the club will be voted on by members of the Pompey Supporters Trust, arrived unannounced at the Shepherd's Crook pub near Fratton Park ahead of Saturday's momentous victory over Cheltenham.

He mixed with fans, chatting about his plans and clearly enjoying them singing 'Michael Eisner, he's one of our own.'
