Webster has not appeared for Noel Blake’s side since making his debut against Finland in November.

But he has now linked up with them ahead of Thursday’s fixture with Turkey at AFC Telford United’s home.

It will be England’s final warm-up before they head to Belgium for the Elite Qualifying Round in May.

They face Scotland, Belgium and Georgia in those qualifiers as they bid to reach this summer’s Euro finals in Lithuania.

In their last outing they beat Denmark 3-1 at Dorchester last month.

Also included in the squad for Thursday’s match (7.30pm) are Southampton’s Portsmouth-born James Ward-Prowse, Manchester United’s Nick Powell and Crewe’s Max Clayton.

Meanwhile, Pompey’s Academy face Aldershot in a rearranged league game today (2pm).

In August, the Pompey youngsters let slip a three-goal lead to lose 4-3 against the Shots.

Andy Awford’s side drew 1-1 at league leaders Leyton Orient at the weekend.
