Billy McKenzie has been selected to represent England at the upcoming South American Amateur Championships.
The Rowlands Castle talent is one of four players who will compete for their country in the event, which takes place in Chile in January.
McKenzie is the reigning Spanish Amateur champion and finished tied-ninth at the Lytham Trophy earlier this year.
The 24-year-old was also part of the England team to enjoy victory over France in a recent international match.
Chelmsford’s Georgina Blackman, Emily Brennan of Trentham and Tom Plumb (Yeovil) are the other three players the Hampshire-based talent will line up alongside in the tournament.
The Championships are to be held at Club de Golf Los Leones from January 10-13.
