The club members took on the volunteer roles, including providing a team of pacers.
It was an excellent showing and lots of people were helped to get new personal bests or achieve target times for the 5k course.

Hide AdSupport was excellent around the course which is at Whiteley Meadowside.
The location for the parkrun is really nice with a good mix of path and a nice short wooded section on each lap.
There are a couple of inclines, just enough to test the legs, while the nice downhill on each lap is a very welcome chance to pick up speed, or recover.
Before the 5k started Simon Gibbon helped to organise the Stubbington (SGR) presence with Richard Jacks the run director.
