But the unique double winners will relish the challenge.

The players at the club are working so hard in training and always developing ways to raise their games further.

With their brilliant victory in the Gosport & Fareham League division one as well as Portsmouth League premier one from last season the confidence and belief throughout the club is sky high.

Head coach Jane Jewell said: '˜We are very passionate at Shooting Stars and very caring of our netball family.

'˜We always strive to continue to build, adapt and improve. We are all highly motivated and committed to offer all ages and abilities the opportunities within netball and will go above and beyond to create a magical environment of fun, enjoyment, learning and inspiration for all generations to share.

'˜Passion is what pushes us to achieve at every level.'

Jewell believes the Stars will continue to shine bright throughout the seasons ahead.

She added: '˜At Stars the key is we work as a team extraordinary things at various levels and we are committed to on-going growth through continuous improvement.'

As well as teams in the Gosport & Fareham League and Portsmouth League Stars also have two Hampshire teams now and a regional south team.

The club is clearly making great strides and going from strength to strength.
