As the Gosport and Fareham Netball Association heads into the winter season, one of the teams in the league has been taking their layers off in the name of charity.

Market House Misfits have released their own 2019 calendar, with proceedings going towards various cancer charities.

The team have been working with Perrio Photography and had support from sponsors JRC & Lewington Decorators.

Captain Carrie Titcombe revealed two of her players have beaten cancer and the team wanted to give something back.

She said: ‘We decided, as a team, to do something different and raise money for a number of cancer charities as it is a cause very close to our hearts.

‘Two of my players have both had and then beaten cancer.

‘Angela was diagnosed with thyroid cancer a few years ago and Lianne with cervical cancer.

‘We are so excited with this and hope that people will support us and buy a calendar for someone at Christmas.

‘One hundred per cent of the profits split with various charities of different specific cancers.

‘To order the calendar, email caz474impact@gmail.com.’
