Skittles were crowned division six winners in the Gosport & Fareham Netball League.

Captain Sharon White has led them to glory.

In 2014 they changed their name again to Skittles.

Last season was a mid-table finish but they ended up in division six when division seven was disbanded.

This is when the tide began to turn for them.

Members increased giving the team a solid nine players.

They had an ideal mix of youth and experience.

And the return of Stacey Pankhurst and Danielle Bennett ensured everything fell into place.

They are looking for a sponsor now and would even change their name again to suit.

Umpire Helen Nelson has been a great help and the team are thankful for her contribution.

Market House Misfits finished in second place.

Captain Carrie–Anne Titcombe thanked her team for great play and the continued sponsorship from Market House Tavern.

New player Dulcie Allen was a perfect addition to the team in wing-defence.

In division five a strong team from Fareham Fireflies took the top of the table with Nats in second.

Catherine Charman, captain for Nats, said her team has really worked hard for this and welcomed back founder Vicky Newhouse.

They are looking forward to division four and new challenges.

Division four winners were youngsters GB Stars who just keep moving upwards – again they were unbeaten.

Sadly for them assistant coach Chelsea Smee has retired due to relocation.

But Coach Taylor will be behind the girls.

They will be determined to continue their excellent form and win division three.

Fareham Vixens finished second and will also bring a team that wants to win at the higher level as well.

In division three, Martinis had a great season as they took the title.

They were captained by Lymara Slater and they have remained strong throughout.

Second place went to GB Avengers who also played superbly.

Fox and Son won division two and Antonios, who finished second, will head up to division one.

Antonios rose to division two only last season so have had some cracking games through this winter season gaining promotion again so quickly.

Finally, Jets were the winners of division one.

Shooting Stars also did well as they finished second.
