PORTSMOUTH’s Team AOS/ Be Wiser remain on course for British Formula One Championship sidecar glory after double delight in Scotland.

Driver Ricky Stevens and passenger Ryan Charlwood made the long trip to the 1.2mile Knockhill circuit in Fife and did not disappoint, winning both races to extend their advantage in the overall race standings at the season’s midway point.

A delighted Stevens said: ‘This (Knockhill) was supposed to be our bogey track.

‘To come away with a double win is great.’

Meanwhile, Portsmouth-based driver, Ben Holland, led his JF Racing/Finnigan team to third and fourth-place finishes.

He said: ‘We made a few setting changes and it paid off.

‘I am really happy with another podium and solid points.’
