Head coach George Hillan is hoping his side can build on their excellent home win against second-placed Farnham.

'Last Saturday marked the start to our season,' said Hillan.

'We took the lessons from two very hard away games and turned them into a performance.

'Even in the wet and windy conditions the players stuck to their task and put bodies on the line.

'We were able to mix up our play and increase the amount of time we spent in possession.

'It is important that we maintain this standard and keep the self belief.

'Twickenham have won two and drawn one, so it won't be easy.'

Fareham Heathens have Kris Owen back in the centre for their Hampshire Premier game at Alresford.

Harrison Fokinther returns to loose head after a shoulder injury and Craig Shepherd is back at hooker.

'We dominated the big Portsmouth pack in our last game and will hope to do the same against Alresford,' said player-coach Dave Wheaton.

'In training we have been focusing on line-out options and defence.

'Our opponents are very strong at home with a well-drilled mobile pack so it will be a stiff test for us.

'We are more than capable of going there and getting a result.'
