Havant ran in 16 tries as they raced to a record-breaking 104-0 London one south win over hapless Basingstoke at Down Grange.
Head coach Will Knight was impressed with the way his side refused to let up as they scored three tries in the final five minutes.
‘The scoreline tells you how one-sided it was but we did play some excellent rugby,’ said Knight.
‘We were able to display all our skills and capabilities as most of the things we tried came off.
‘It is our highest-ever score in the league and the rugby was great to watch.
‘Seventy-three second half points says it all.’
Number eight Joe Davis led the way with a hat-trick of tries, while James Reed and George Sutton both nabbed doubles.
Further tries were scored by Jay Wilks, Dave Sweeney, Jack Ward-Golden, Jake Reynolds, Grant Morris, Niall Copeland, Ross Parkins and Jared Robinson.
Reynolds kicked 12 of the 16 conversions.
