Copnor B boosted their division one title hopes with a comprehensive 11-1 victory against Copnor A in the Portsmouth Snooker League.

Dave Lawrence, Simon Munday, Pascal Richard, Jordan Winbourne and Dave Hume all won, with only Kev Harding stopping the whitewash by taking a frame off Rhys Wellham.

Fareham’s Adam Bobat kept his form going by making a 50 break. He was in good company as team-mates Paul Foster (44 break) and Danny Auld (46 break) also shone in the 10-2 win against Bellair.

Craneswater A got back to winning ways with a close-fought 7-5 victory over Waterlooville A.

Andy Boulton made a 61 break in his 2-0 win and was backed up by Steve Toms and Mike Talmondt.

Micky Mo was in form for Waterlooville, making a 51 break in his win, and Mark Tillison also won.

Craneswater skipper Tony Hansford got the decisive frame by sharing his match.

Post Office played Craneswater C twice and each time recorded 10-2 wins.

Matt Paffett won both his matches and he was aided and backed up by team-mates Ben Cotton and Jamie Farrow.

Al’s SC tasted victory for the first time this season by taking the points in their match against Copnor C by winning 10-2.

Portsmouth D added weight to their division two challenge, with an 8-4 win against Emsworth A.

John Creamer, James Green and James Petit all won their matches, with only Shaun Picton for Emsworth winning his match.

Leaders Portchester X went down 8-4 to Emsworth (Ex PWC).

Copnor D and Waterlooville B had to share the points as they drew 6-6.

Craneswater Z had a close encounter with Waterlooville Gas but held out 7-5 winners.

Ian Carter and Jason Taylor got the job done.

LPWMC A won for only the second time this season with an 8-4 win against Top Spot.

Copnor E trounced Broadoak 10-2 in division three.

It was close in two matches .

John Oldfield won on a re-spotted black and Stacey Wearn went down to a black-ball game in her game.

Cowplain A remain top after their 8-4 win against Co-op.

Craneswater M had a close match with Carlton but ran out victorious by 7-5.

Copnor Mavericks thumped Waterlooville E 10-2 in division four.

Cowplain B and LPWMC Miscues had a tight tussle but Cowplain edged it 7-5.

Portsmouth Royals smashed Copnor F 11-1 and remain in control at the top of division five.
