Copnor B stormed back to winning ways with an emphatic 5-2 victory over Cowplain Gas.

Peter Rook won by a narrow margin against Steve Lawrence, beating him 150-134.

Norman Bradfield saw off Mike Scott and team-mate John Oldfield was too good for Steve McKnight.

New-kid-on-the-block Trevor Sanders beat Frank Baxter 150-91.

For Cowplain, it was Mark Tillison who fought hard with a good 40 break as he beat Dennis Hushley 150-140.

And Carl Fuggle beat Copnor captain John Wyatt, making the final score 5-2.

Portchester X crushed Copnor C 6-1.

Captain Jason Tame recorded a superb 150-89 win against Barry Mihell.

Ashley Bendell made full use of his start by beating Dave Lawrence 150-128.

The biggest winner was Charlie Cripps, who thrashed Steve Lawrence 150-48 but did get a huge handicap start.

Andy Macey kept the winning trend going for Portchester and Neil Turp also impressed.

The only highlight for Copnor came from Tony Simmonds who beat Matt James 150-24.

Craneswater A remain top of the league after a 4-3 victory over Copnor A.

Rob Kirby crushed Steve Morgan 150-28, while Pedro Ferguson also impressed.

It was left to Colin Rowe to finish the job.

Leigh Park WMC edged Craneswater R 4-3.

Mark Raynor, Danny Lumsden and Peter Ferguson were on form for the victors.

There was only one match in division two.
