Backstage tour of theatre to inspire future stars

From the upper balconies of the gods to the chambers underground, families had a fantastic time on a behind-the-scenes tour of The Kings Theatre.

Theatre bosses hope an inside look at the beautiful Frank Matcham-designed theatre will inspire a new generation of stars.

Visitors were given the chance to watch performances by groups including Kings Youth Theatre and Fine Voice Academy, from the boxes.
