Christmas light switch on in Lee-on-the-Solent

FAMILIES can get into the festive spirit at Lee-on-the-Solent's Christmas light switch this evening.

There will be a variety of things going on for all ages. Children can meet Father Christmas in his grotto as well as enjoy a mini funfair and there will also be a human snow globe.

For adults, there will be a craft market and a French market, both will be running from the morning until late.

Those in attendance will be entertained by carols around the Christmas tree you can sing along to accompanied by the Solent Brass Band.

The lights along High Street will be turned on by the Mayor of Gosport, Councillor Lynn Hook at 6.30pm.
