The UK’s biggest metropolitan music festival will return for its sixth year on Southsea seafront this August bank holiday weekend - and Victorious has got plenty to keep you entertained on and off stage.

Victorious is set to be the biggest festival weekend in the south this summer, having announced a line-up brimming with heavyweight headliners including Rudimental, New Order, The Specials, Two Door Cinema Club, and Bloc Party performing Silent Alarm.

Combined with family favourites such as All Saints, Ocean Colour Scene and The Zutons plus up-and-coming artists Lewis Capaldi and Tom Grennan, it’s sure to be a weekend to remember.

Showcasing Southsea, Victorious’ stunning seafront setting with a metropolitan backdrop creates the ultimate family-friendly festival experience. Alongside the scenery, experience an enormous free Kids Arena (Saturday & Sunday only), 13 stages packed with entertainment, bustling markets and an amazing atmosphere.

With Friday tickets from £35 and Saturday and Sunday at £40 a day, Victorious Festival continues to be one of the best value festivals in the UK.

So what does a typical day at Victorious look like? Read on to find out how you could be enjoying yourself down on the seafront this August bank holiday weekend!

10am Gates open and you and your friends are ready and raring to go

10:30am You take a stroll around the site to get your bearings, picking up a festival lanyard with map on the way 11:30am You head over to a glitter stall to get the final touches on your festival look 12pm You get involved in a tai chi workshop in the World Music Village 1pm You bump into more friends and family, pull up a hay bale and discover a new band together on the Acoustic Stage 2pm You’re starving! It takes you ages to pick what you want, but you finally tuck into a delicious jerk chicken curry 3pm One of your all-time favourites is on the Castle Stage 4pm You head to Southsea Skatepark for a Roller Disco session 5pm You go for a glass of prosecco and a dance in Southsea Castle 6pm You head to the bar before watching another of your favourite acts 9pm Time flies when you’re having fun! Time to grab a quick bite to eat before heading back to the main stages for the headliners 11pm After an incredible day, it’s time to head home and get ready to do it all again tomorrow!
