Kicking things off this weekend, tonight we have The Old Barn’s brand new drum and bass brand Rollin presenting their headline DJ, Lynx.
For those who don’t know Lynx, he’s is arguably the biggest drum and bass artist to have emerged from Portsmouth with releases on Hospital Records and Ram Records over a 20-year back catalogue of forward-thinking productions.
Joining Lynx will be J Skeptik, Zork b2b Banksy, Milli Cooper with MCs Felon, Combat and Joey Broncoe in Room 1 and Context Audio DJs Pointfour, Vector, Cyan and Robinson in Room 2 (Milton Arms).
Doors will be open from 8:30pm until 2am with 1st release tickets costing £6 or £10 on the door.

For those who dig their soul and funk, Soundcrash will be presenting their funk and soul Weekender launch party at The Fat Fox, Albert Road.
Entry to the event will be free from 8pm with a strictly vinyl DJ line-up including Hip Shaker, Soul 45 and Funk Klub.

Also with free entry tonight will be Pete Scathe with his alternative-filled rock, indie and retro DJ sets which will be starting from 11.15pm until 2am at The Edge Of The Wedge, Albert Road.

Next Monday will also see Portsmouth’s biggest alternative night at Delight in The Astoria from 10pm until 2am with this year’s WOW247 Awards Best DJ runner-up DJ Will Chump alongside San Hatty, Bonsai Katt, Daddy Alex and DJ Charlie Cullen for an awesome Monday of alternative party anthems.
