After saturating the charts and airwaves for a couple of months, Adele sensibly took a step back from the spotlight recently, leaving fans all the more eager for her UK tour.
A boisterously appreciative crowd in Southampton on Wednesday heard all the hits, along with tracks from both albums and a snippet of Number One single Someone Like You played as Adele had written it on an acoustic guitar. And Adele herself was appreciative, letting fans in on the fact that her album’s going to return to Number One this weekend.
