A SINGER who is causing a buzz among critics is bringing her band to Tuppenny Barn, Southbourne.

Namvula, the daughter of a Zambian mother and a Scottish father, blends the musical roots of her parents with her upbringing in London.

This will be the first of several shows bringing African artists to the area.

The show will take place on Friday, July 3 at 8pm.
