Head to The Barn for an electric night out

BIG INTERVIEW: Embrace frontman Danny McNamara

Have your say

The Old Barn in Milton will be hosting the best local live music talent in Portsmouth and the surrounding area at a new night dubbed Electric Live.

The opening event will be headlined by five-piece indietronica outfit Pistolhead. Although the formed seven months ago and have been gigging for just four months, they have already released their well-received debut album, This is Not a Dance, This is a War.

They will be joined by fellow electro-rockers Somahigh, recent starring support act for Bipolar Sunshine’s April gig at
The Wedgewood Rooms, and local grunge outfit
The Bleechers – no strangers to The Wedgewood Room stage either – they most recently featured there at this year’s Showcase event.

Doors open 7.30pm on Friday, September 18, with a free barbecue and music through to 1am with DJ Billy Colburn.

Tickets for all events will be £3, available directly from the bands.
