Have your say

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of their quadruple platinum-selling Bridge of Spies album, T’Pau are currently travelling the length and breadth of the country on a 28-date tour.

The disappointingly small audience at the Kings did not reflect the popularity of the 1980s pop-rock sensations on stage, who bounded on with a rendition of Sex Talk, immediately encouraging the crowd to sing along.

Led by flame-haired, 55-year-old Carol Decker and guitarist Ronnie Rogers, they raced through their hits.

Audience favourites included Valentine and Heart and Soul, which brought the audience to their feet.

To the delight of the crowd, they also slowed things down with several of their famous power ballads.

For the encore Decker, still sounding amazing, returned to the stage in a red military-style coat to perform T’Pau’s most famous song, the timeless China in Your Hand.
