For five years, The Admiral Drake at Buckland, Portsmouth, has been supporting charities with an annual music festival.
From Friday to Sunday, 20 bands will perform at the pub and there will also be a pipe band, fire performers, belly dancing and hula hoopers to entertain festival-goers.
For children, there’s face painting and a bouncy castle.
Plus there’s a hog roast, stalls, raffle and a bike and scooter ride out.
Organiser Stuart Pryde says: ‘What a line-up. Everything from Motown to DJ sets and thrash metal. It’s going to be an epic weekend.
‘All the bands will be playing for free to help raise money for our nominated charities.’
For 2013, Drakefest is supporting Macmillan Cancer Support, Breast Cancer Care, Retts UK, the children’s diabetes ward at Queen Alexandra Hospital and the cystic fibrosis ward at Southampton General Hospital.
Admission: £2 on Friday, £3 on Saturday and on Sunday and £6 for a ticket that lasts the weekend.
