Have your say

GUESS who just got back today? Them wild-eyed boys that had been away...

Yes, Thin Lizzy are back in town, still rocking after all these years, and with ace frontman Phil Lynott (1949-1986) seemingly present by his very absence.

New vocalist Ricky Warwick, from The Almighty, joins originals Scott Gorham and Brian Downey, with ex-Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell and former Whitesnake bassist Marco Mendoza to belt out all the hits, including Waiting for an Alibi, Jailbreak, an awesome Whiskey in the Jar, and the towering The Boys Are Back in Town.

Loud and vibrant, with dazzling lighting, they cement Lizzy’s place in rock’s pantheon, with touching tributes to Lynott.

To rapturous applause Warwick proudly announced: ‘The boys are back in town – and we’ll be back again.’ I can’t wait.
