BUDDING photographers are being called upon to capture pictures to enter into a wildlife competition.

Marwell Wildlife, near Winchester, is running a photography contest aimed at celebrating the variety of wildlife.

The competition is open to professional and amateur photographers and this year there are three categories photographers can choose to enter.

Categories to enter are: native wildlife – flora and fauna from the British Isles; Marwell wildlife residents – portraits captured at the zoological park; and funnies – nature at its most amusing.

The deadline for entries is June 4 and up to five images can be submitted per person.
