Mayflower Theatre to welcome Funny Girl
Sheridan Smith is coming to the Mayflower Theatre as part of her Funny Girl tour.
The show brought global fame to Barbra Streisand 50 years ago and boasts some of the most famous songs in film and theatre history.
Sheridan, who has appeared in a number of West End shows, reprises the role of Fanny Brice, whose vocal talents and comedic ability see her rise from Brooklyn music hall singer to Broadway star.
Funny Girl is directed by Michael Mayer’s and produced by Sonia Friedman Productions, Scott Landis Productions, Chocolate Factory Productions, Dante Di Loreto and Michael Harrison.
