It was an exciting night for Liverpool fans as a trio of Reds legends rolled into the Pyramids for an evening of conversation.
Robbie Fowler, Gary McAllister and Vladimír Šmicer were in town to speak to fans about their greatest achievements during their time at Anfield.
The main topic of conversation for the iconic trio was the treble win of 2000/2001 season. The chemistry between Fowler and McAllister in particular was clear throughout as they exchanged banter and reminisced about old times.
Šmicer at times did seem like a spare part compared to his more outgoing ex-teammates, but he also chipped in with humorous tales of yesteryear.
An enjoyable night out for Reds fans that was worth the admission fee. However, the intoxicated man who spent over £500 during the half-time charity auction, may now be nursing a broken wallet. JACK WILLIAMS
