Bench Theatre will be lifting the lid on the morals of the modern media when it brings NSFW to The Spring from April 23 to May 2.

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) takes its title from the directive on web pages, warning about content you might not want to your boss to see you browsing.

The play by Lucy Kirkwood takes a disturbing but hilarious look at the cut-throat media world in the age of Facebook and Photoshop.

A 14-year-old girl is featured in Doghouse Magazine. When her father complains, the editor offers a pay-off of £25,000. Will he accept?

Sue Dawes, directing NSFW for Bench Theatre, says: ‘I just read the play and loved it. It’s about what’s happening now. My kids have grown up looking at the internet.’

The production contains strong language.

Tickets: £5-8, with two-for-one on the opening night. Visit thespring.co.uk
