Major delays on Eastern Road
There are delays of one hour for commuters using Eastern Rd this morning.
Northbound traffic is at a crawl due to a broken down car at the Farlington roundabout. Southbound traffic remains unaffected.
Traffic on other arterial roads out of Portsmouth is also heavy as drivers seek an alternative route, including on London Rd.
