UPDATE: Congestion on the M27 westbound
There are delays on the M27 westbound after a road traffic incident near J10 (Fareham West).
The road was closed for a short amount of time for the recovery of an accident, and is now open again, but with delays.
A driver at Segensworth told BBC Solent Radio the traffic is very slow on the exit slip at J9, meaning vehicles are queuing back onto the motorway.
Delays from Portsmouth will take a while to clear, after. The queues are easing on approach.
