Neil Ansell, 27, posted a video on YouTube of his secret exploration inside Royal Haslar Hospital in Gosport, which still has old equipment inside.
All medical facilities at the hospital were closed back in 2009, with a multi-million pound redevelopment currently underway to build housing in the area.

He is not the first person to shoot footage and pictures in the former hospital, with urban explorers sharing photos online.
Mr Ansell, who posted the video on his YouTube channel, Abandoned Explorer, said: '˜Being inside the hospital was amazing '“Â it's one of the best places I've ever been to.
'˜I know that the hospital won't be there much longer, which is a shame, but there's so much history there that needs to be preserved somehow.

Hide Ad'˜To have put together a video that has captured part of that history feels great '“Â this hospital is a very special place.'
Mr Ansell's exploration of the site led him to find an array of abandoned hospital equipment.
He said: '˜There have always been rumblings about the hospital being haunted, but there were definitely a few doors that slammed while we were inside.
'˜But the most incredible thing was how much equipment was still there; there were CT scanners and a bunch of medical supplies just lying around, which I found pretty surprising.
'˜It all looked like it was still in good condition too.'

Hide AdLeader of Gosport Borough Council, Councillor Mark Hook, said a lot of the site's history is already documented '“Â he could not condone Mr Ansell accessing the buildings.
Cllr Hook said: '˜But it is always good to build up the archive of what's there. That being said, there is a lot of material already available simply by searching online.'
Cllr Hook said developer Harcourt Developments said major work on the site could be starting within a month.
He said: '˜I spoke to Harcourt last week and the say that within a month there should be a lot of movement on the site.
