Southsea man charged with knife attack after victim left with cut to his neck

The victim, a 26-year-old man, received the cut following an assault.
The incident took place at around 9.10pm on Wednesday in Gamble Road in Buckland.

Hide AdNow 24-year-old Joseph Tomney, of Fawcett Road, in Southsea, is due to appear in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and having a bladed article.
A statement from Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘A 24 year-old man was subsequently arrested and has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
‘He has been remanded to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court this morning (Friday October 2).’
