‘If it wasn’t for lockdown, I don’t think this would have happened. It’s one of those blessings in disguise. It’s given her something to focus on and find a talent we never knew she had.’
Alisha is very proud of her new skills, and works hard to practise the amazing and unbelievable poses she is capable of.
Aspiring cheer and contortion coach Alisha said: ‘I really enjoyed practicing doing the bendy positions in cheer and then saw many other people doing contortion and thought I would try it.

‘Some poses can be difficult but with Pixie’s help I am usually able to do them or I am practising to be able to do them and get better at some poses.’
Alisha hopes to keep improving her skills to the point where she may be able to appear in TV shows like Pixie.
Teacher Pixie, who appeared in Game of Thrones, said: ‘She is one of the most flexible girls I have worked with and without a doubt the most flexible girl in Portsmouth

‘She is without a doubt on her way to a very successful career in movies, TV or cirque.’
The contortion community has been very welcoming, and Alisha has made plenty of friends through her Zoom sessions.
Charlotte added: ‘They all train together and they all support each other, it’s really nice to see.
