Concerns raised over increase in hospitality prices
THE HOSPITALITY industry is facing a '˜perfect storm', according to more than half of business leaders.
A report by Heidrick & Struggles, in partnership with the British Hospitality Association, shows that rising costs, security and the sustainability of consumer confidence is all at risk.
The industry is the fourth-largest employer in the UK.
