As reported, in April the owners found a shop to renovate in Elm Grove, Southsea, after an earlier difficulty finding a property.

Renovation work was hit by the lockdown but the former Steamachine site, which later turned into a CBD shop, is now transformed for the project.

In an e-mail the team said: ‘This shop is the definition of community love and solidarity and we couldn’t be more proud of everyone that has helped us get to this point.

‘Built for Portsmouth, by Portsmouth. Thank you for believing in us.’
