Solent Events & Leisure has restarted its coach trips after receiving a ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard and consumer mark from VisitEngland.

Lin Wilson, from the firm, said: ‘We have been offering some professionally organised Christmas cheer.

‘We’ve enjoyed several away days and a tour to the Isle of Wight since mid-September. So we’re well-rehearsed with temperature checking, hand-sanitising and social distancing.

The firm is restarting theatre trips this weekend.

Lin said: ‘We’re off to The Mill at Sonning Theatre, near Reading on Sunday, so our theatre lovers are getting very excited once again.
