Gosport estate agency is bought up

The Jeffries Group announced yesterday that it has formally acquired Blakes Estate Agents of Gosport.

The management team at Jeffries said this takes their total number of offices to nine, all in south east Hampshire.

Blakes will be rebranded Jeffries.

Mark Watson will continue in his respective roles as branch manager and lettings manager, while the other three members of staff will continue in their current roles.

Blakes covers Stubbington, Gosport, Hill Head, Alverstoke, Peel Common and Bridgemary.
